My pride and joy.<3
This was an 18th birthday present to myself.
Done by Justin Foss of Sacred Gypsy in Bakersfield, CA.
It took four sittings and tears were shed.
disney has always been a big part of my life. it’s my shoulder to lean on that’s always there and always cheers me up. the past year has been pretty hard on me and disney is the main thing that kept me going and hoping. i wanted to get something that would remind me to always stay young at heart, have faith and never forget the love i have for these movies.
designed by me and done at Treasure Tattoos in Israel.
Done by Julius Vargas at Paragon tattoo in Moreno Valley, CA. Ever since I saw The Lion King on broadway about 10 years ago, it has become by favorite Disney movie. Hakuna Matata means so much to me, become my mantra. I will never regret this one :)
bought myself some new artwork that I’m so proud to show off. Pocahontas has always been my favorite and I am in love with it.
Finished in one 3.5 hour session by the amazing Sammy at IFA2 Tattoo Studios in Alhambra, CA.
This is mine and my partners tattoo we got today (8.6.2012). We wanted to get a tattoo similar but we didn’t want to get the same thing and definitely not get our names, this way the tattoos go together but are individual at the same time. We ended up going with Alice In Wonderland as we both really enjoy the films / books and they are quirky / strange, just like us. Jamie went with Alice and I went with the Cheshire Cat. The words around mine read, “I’m not crazy. My reality is just different than yours”, which basically sums me up. They were both done by Gino Angelov who works at Diamond Jacks in London Soho. I highly recommend him, he does some amazing work and is really down to earth.
All in all they both look good and we’re really happy with them.
the original heads were done by Scott Schickman at Mercy Seat,
the frame and birds were added by Kasper at Freaks on 38th.
Both in Kansas City!
My Nightmare Before Christmas tattoo- Also have the cheshire cat on my right forarm. This was done at REDSKIN Tattoo’s in Bangor, North Wales
