Monday Dec 10 @ 08:34pmThis is my Angel Stitch. I was searching images for ideas - and this one came across. I had to get it tattooed. I love Stitch, he’s always been such a little rebel. Total fan here. So, he now sits on my left leg. This was done at Sakred Skin in Kamloops BC Canada by Cye. The customer service there was amazing, I would highly recommend them for ANY work you would like done. As for Stitch, even though I do have other Stitch tattoos, this stands out as being the most realistic.

I just got this done earlier today! I realize that Simba tattoos and “ohana” tattoos are becoming a bit cliche, but it doesn’t bother me because the meaning behind it is important to me. I wanted to get “ohana” because I am moving to San Diego in less than two weeks and I wanted something to remind me of my family back home (I’m from Wisconsin). “Ohana” means family in Hawiian, but I’d like to extend the meaning to friends as a little extra reminder as well. I got Simba with it because I’ve loved Lion King since I was a baby, and I used to always watch it with my older sister. I lost contact with my older sister growing up because she did not get along with my dad, but we’ve recently been reunited. We’re basically best friends now, and it makes me sad that we’re going to be separated again so we both got matching tattoos. Hers is nearly identical to mine, both on our left ankles. :)

My first of many Disney tattoos. My college program changed my life and this is in memory of not only my Disney family but my true family also.
Wednesday Jun 6 @ 03:14am
Sunday Jun 3 @ 03:17amI had this tattoo done in March this year by Colin at Mikes Tattoos, Carlisle. I chose to get Stitch as this time last year I had to go through a very hard time of my life and my boyfriend at the time bought me a soft toy of Stitch from Lilo and Stitch. Stitch became my rock, the one I could cuddle when I was away from my boyfriend, the one I could cry into. I decided to get the tattoo as a symbol of me being able to come out the other side of my depression and am stronger for it :)
